Description of Service
Productize Landing provides design by subscription services. We offer various subscription plans that allow you to request and receive design work on an ongoing basis. The specifics of each plan are outlined on our pricing page.
User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms
Subscription and Payment
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy
- We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay fees may result in service suspension or termination
Intellectual Property
- All designs and work products created for you become your property upon completion and payment
- You grant us permission to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials
- You must not use our service to create work that infringes on others' intellectual property
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Productize Landing, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
