This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Productize Landing offers refunds for our design by subscription services.

General Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you're not happy with your subscription, we offer a refund under certain conditions outlined below.

7-Day Money Back Guarantee

  • New subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their initial subscription purchase
  • This guarantee applies only to your first subscription with us
  • To be eligible, you must not have received more than 1 completed design request during this period
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Service Issues Refund

We may provide refunds if there are significant service issues, including:

  • Extended service outages lasting more than 72 consecutive hours
  • Failure to deliver any design work for more than 14 days after request submission (excluding holidays and weekends)
  • Repeated delivery of work that significantly deviates from your requirements despite clear feedback

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle and have received minimal service
  • For unused portions of annual subscriptions cancelled before renewal
  • At our discretion for other exceptional circumstances

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • After you have received and accepted completed design work
  • Changes of mind or business direction after work has commenced
  • Dissatisfaction with design style or creative direction that was clearly communicated and delivered as requested
  • Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account termination
  • Subscription renewals (automatic billing after initial period)

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your subscription details and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide any relevant documentation or screenshots
  4. Allow up to 3 business days for initial review
  5. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

Dispute Resolution

If you're unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by emailing our management team. We'll review your case and provide a final decision within 7 business days.

Processing Time

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 1-3 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days
  • Other payment methods: Up to 14 business days
